Batch · Generate sets

Your shoot, auto-groupedWeeks of post-ready sets

A finished shoot is hundreds of frames with no plan for posting them. Published reads the whole take and groups it into named sets — by color, shape, subject, or theme — so you start with ideas, not a wall of unsorted photos. Each set is ready to post, turning one shoot into weeks of a consistent feed.

Batch · Generate sets · Timeline

Or group it by timeA day, phase by phase

Shooting an event? Timeline mode reads every frame’s capture time and splits the day into phases — getting ready, the ceremony, golden-hour portraits, the party. Drag a boundary to move it, link two phases to merge, or split one in two. Each phase becomes a ready-to-post set.

  • Grouped by the clockphases follow the day, from morning prep to the last dance

  • Yours to adjustdrag boundaries, merge or split, rename any phase

  • A day, a week of postsevery phase is a set, ready for drafts and captions

Batch · Auto-generate

One press, a queue of draftsCaptioned, dated, ready to review

Approve the sets and Published writes a draft for each one — a caption in a tone that matches how you write, the right platforms, a slot on your calendar. One shoot becomes a queue to review, not a blank page.

Roll out every set inside a project as a draft in one action — folder, sets, drafts, all wired.

Batch · Schedule

Weeks of posts, planned at once.

Pick a cadence — daily, every couple of days, or weekdays only — and set how many go out per day. The scheduler spreads the queue across the month and picks the posting times, skipping the days your rule rules out. Change the rule and the whole plan re-flows; edit any slot before it goes live.

FAQ

Questions before your first batch.

If yours isn't here, the team replies within a day.

What can I batch in Published?
Three things. Multi-file upload brings a whole shoot in at once. Sets-to-drafts turns every set you select — or every set in a project — into a post draft in one pass, with an AI caption per draft. Bulk scheduling distributes those drafts across a cadence you pick: daily, every N days, specific weekdays, or custom times, with min and max per day.
How is batch different from bulk scheduling or a CSV import?
Bulk scheduling only handles the last step — distributing finished drafts across a calendar. A CSV import only moves rows of text. Batch in Published runs the pipeline on a selection of sets at once: drafts, captions, and a scheduled queue. You start from photos you already have, not a spreadsheet, and you stay inside one workspace the entire time.
Why does batch work on sets and not on individual photos?
A set is a named, ordered group of photos that belong together, and it is the unit a post gets built from — so batch operates on sets, not on single photos. One set becomes one draft post. To build sets from a selection of photos, multi-select them in the media library and use Add to Set, or let AI Generate Sets group the selection into sets for you.
Does it cost extra, and is there a limit on batch size?
Batch is part of every paid plan, not a separate add-on. How large a single batch can be scales with your plan tier. If you regularly process more than a typical plan allows, the studio tier lifts the ceiling and adds higher rate limits.
How long does setup take?
Minutes. Connect Lightroom or Eagle once, or upload files straight into the web app — no plugin required to start. After that, selecting many sets and applying a batch action works the same way every time.
Is my content secure while a batch runs?
Yes. Files are encrypted in transit and at rest, and your originals are never modified — resizing and platform variants are generated on copies. Access stays scoped to your organization and brand throughout the batch.
Do I have to install a plugin?
No. The Lightroom and Eagle plugins are optional shortcuts for people who already live in those tools. Direct upload in the web app covers the same batch actions without installing anything.
Can I review a batch before it publishes?
Yes. A batch of drafts lands in a review queue, not straight on your channels. You can edit captions, swap items, or remove drafts before anything is scheduled, and approved items move into the calendar on the cadence you set.
Which sources and platforms does batch support?
Sources: Adobe Lightroom, Eagle, and direct file upload from your computer. Targets: Instagram and Facebook. The same batch actions — sets-to-drafts, project-to-drafts, and bulk scheduling — apply regardless of which source you started from.
